1.  Our Promise, Your Guarantee

Make no mistake about it! We want your internet purchase to be a positive one. At Cycle Crucial Ltd. Co. our ongoing promise to you is that we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are totally satisfied with what you buy from us. For 30 days from the date of purchase you may return any item fulfilled by Cycle Crucial Ltd. Co. that has not been used and/or installed for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. 

2.  Manufacture Warranty

Clear Alternative Products: We offer a one (1) year warranty on repair and/or exchange due to manufacture defects less all shipping cost. We will only replace or repair defective items that are covered in the warranty period from the original purchase date. All claims can be handled by Cycle Crucial Ltd. Co.

JamStrait LEDs: Limited warranty as provided by manufacture, Jam Strait, Inc. All claims must be sent direct to jamstrait.com per their directions posted on their web site.

All Other Products: Only the General Return Policy applies.

3.  Exchange Policy

In the case of an exchange, all items must be returned before an exchange is shipped out. We realize in many cases returning a defective item may render the owner’s motorcycle non-operational. We understand, as riders ourselves, that motorcycle downtime is unacceptable. In this case you can purchase a like item for immediate shipping and return the defective item when the new product is received. You will be charged for the second item however a full refund will be applied when the defective item is received.
